Hot Desk Hire

1. Booking & Work Hours

Hot desk hire is available from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Desk hire must be pre-booked and is subject to availability.
Some days may be unavailable due to exhibition setups or special events.

2. Facilities & Amenities

Hirers have access to:
Kitchen and bathroom facilities located upstairs.
Outdoor courtyard located downstairs.

3. Hirer Responsibilities

Workspaces must be cleared at the end of the hire period.
If the Hirer is the last to leave the venue, they are responsible for ensuring all windows are shut and lights switched off.
The workspace and shared areas must be kept tidy and clean at all times.
Hirers are encouraged to use the available art resources in orange containers, including pencils, pens, brushes, etc.

4. General Terms

The Studio is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property.
The Hirer agrees to use the space in a respectful and professional manner.
Any damage to Studio property must be reported immediately and may be subject to repair costs.
